From 2 to 5 BHK customizable pool villas across our communities, plus fully-managed Glass Resort Suites, 10,000 sq.ft private estates at Khardi and Igatpuri, and freehold NA plots at Atgaon.

Do you sell plots as well as villas?

Yes. At Atgaon we sell freehold, non-agricultural plots from 2,260 to 3,900 sq.ft in a 27-acre gated township, priced from ₹49 Lacs or ₹50,000 a month. The internal roads, water, power, drainage and the clubhouse are already built, so you can use the clubhouse immediately and build your home whenever you are ready.

Can I earn rental income from my villa?

Yes. Our managed rental programme is designed to earn homeowners assured, secured rental income, with zero day-to-day effort on your part.

Glass Resort Suites, Kasara villas and the Shahapur 4 BHK pool villa come with assured rent written into the agreement. Our other homes can earn through the managed rental programme when you are not using them, though we do not promise a figure for those.

Our Glass Resort Suites are registered under MahaRERA, and every project is built on clear-title, sanctioned N-A land with the registrations required for its stage. Registration details are shared with every prospective buyer on request.
